You will find 3 bedrooms and a large air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Ideally located between Mulhouse and Colmar, a few minutes from the motorway, it is a perfect starting point for exploring Alsace or for your business trips. The space The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, including two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can accommodate up to 6 people. You will enjoy a large living-dining room, open to a fully equipped kitchen, all air-conditioned. The bathroom has a shower and double vanity. A 5-minute walk away is a City Park with plenty of games for your kids and you will also have access to nice walks along the Ill 📍 Great location: Just 15 minutes from Colmar, 20 minutes from Mulhouse and 5 minutes from motorway access, the accommodation is perfectly served. ⚠️ Important: the accommodation is located on the first floor of a commercial building (craft business). The activity is only available during the day on weekdays. We can refer you to an independent winemaker from the family, who will be delighted to make you discover his estate and offer you an authentic tasting of Alsace wines (Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Alsatian rosé...), for a friendly immersion in the heart of the terroir 🍷✨ Possibility to organize a tasting in a cellar of the Alsatian vineyard on request. 🧹 Cleaning fee: A cleaning fee is applied per stay. It includes the complete cleaning of the accommodation, the supply of bed linen for the 6 beds, towels as well as kitchen linens. Guest access 🔐 Access to private and professional areas The accommodation is located within a traditional building that includes professional spaces and private areas. Access to these areas is strictly forbidden to travellers. We thank you for scrupulously respecting this instruction, for reasons of security, confidentiality and proper functioning of the activity. Please leave the accommodation tidy. • 🐾 Pets: accepted on request, with a surcharge. Not on beds/sofas, nor left alone. Assistance animals are accepted free of charge. • 🔊 Environment: the accommodation is located in an active craft workshop. Work-related noise may be present from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, excluding the company's annual leave periods. • 🚭 Tobacco: no smoking indoors in the accommodation. • 🪑 Furniture: the furniture can be moved if necessary, but must be put back in place before departure. • 🚫 Parties: parties and evening gatherings are not allowed.
