Close to the bustling Breda and yet in the middle of nature lies this unique accommodation. There is a separate entrance with a large private garden for you as a guest with an attractive covered outdoor room. You enter a hall where you will find a separate kitchen with all the necessities and a place where you can eat. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, TV, WiFi and a separate sitting area. The bathroom has a shower. There are 2 bicycles for you. We can serve breakfast in consultation for €12 per person. The space Separate entrance with 2 halls. Spacious kitchen/living room with 2-burner induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, all kitchen utensils, dining table and sofa bed. If you wish to sleep separately, that is therefore possible. You can bring your own bedding for the sofa bed, or we can arrange it for you. This costs €10 extra. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and towels. Bedroom with double bed of 140 cm wide, television, WiFi and sofa. The total area of the entire apartment is more than 45 m2 excluding the outdoor room. This outdoor room has a sofa set and an outdoor fireplace and a heater. Large private garden with ponds. possibility for charging electric cars. Guest access All the aforementioned indoor and outdoor spaces are at your disposal. Other things to note There are 2 bicycles at your disposal. In winter, the outer room is closed off by means of transparent tent canvases. There is a patio heater and an outdoor fireplace where you can have a fire. There is a possibility to charge your electric car at home; we charge €0.40 per kilowatt/hour for this. Should you need a massage, Ed is a physiotherapist and sports masseur; you can indicate whether you want it. Half hour €30/hour €50. Ellen is an official city guide for Breda. If you would like to take a private tour with her and hear all about the history of Breda, you can; the cost of the 1.5-hour city walk is €45 (only in Dutch). If you want to do that with more people, you pay an extra €5 per person.
