B&B in a historic farmhouse - breakfast included

Stay in our charming B&B, set in a monumental manor farm on an ancient Brabant farmstead between Zundert and Rijsbergen. Enjoy peace, space and an extensive breakfast. Walk right into our family's historic tree nursery, with special old fruit varieties and beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Breda is only a 15-minute drive away, and Antwerp is also easily accessible. The space You will stay in a spacious and cozy apartment on the ground floor of our monumental manor house, with a private entrance and all the privacy for a relaxing stay. The accommodation features a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area and dining table, a pantry with a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities and dishes, a separate bedroom with a premium Matt Sleeps double mattress, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. Through the back door, you step into your own garden with terrace, where you overlook the historic bakery, the monumental Eikenlaan, and the surrounding meadows. A wonderful place to enjoy the peace, the view and the Brabant outdoors. Every morning, we serve an extensive breakfast with as many fresh and local products as possible, so you can start a new day in a relaxed manner. Thanks to the comfortable underfloor heating and natural floor cooling, the apartment is pleasant all year round. Even during hot summer days, it remains comfortable inside. A special place: Our B&B was built in 2025 in a monumental manor house that originally dates back to 1708. The current farmhouse was rebuilt in 1922 with great attention to detail, reusing historic bricks from an Antwerp gin distillery. Together with the historic bakery, the monumental oak avenue and the adjacent tree nursery, the property forms a special piece of Brabant heritage. Since we took over the farm, we have enjoyed working on the preservation and future of this special place. With respect for its monumental character, we have made the farm more sustainable with, among other things, a geothermal heat pump, solar panels and charging points for electric cars. Around the yard, we are creating a new fruit orchard, planting trees and shrubs, and working step by step to increase biodiversity. The farm is no longer an active agricultural business today, but its rural character is still very much present. Our horses, sheep, chickens, dog and cat live on and around the property. As a guest, you are welcome to stroll through our family's historic tree nursery and enjoy the Brabant outdoors in every season. We also live on the property and are happy to welcome you personally. Thanks to the private entrance and private garden, you can enjoy complete privacy during your stay, while we are always nearby if you have any questions or want tips for the area. Guest access The apartment on the ground floor has its own entrance at the front and back. During your stay Our own home is located next to the bed & breakfast, we are usually at home and available for help. We welcome you, show you around and are available for questions.
