"Annexet" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has most of what you need for a relaxing vacation. From the living room, you can step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings in the sunset or just sitting under the big chestnut tree with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse roof" to shelter under. Or why not play boule on the court that's there? If you feel like swimming, it's close to a string of sandy beaches. The space The "Annex" is located in a limestone wing in a converted barn building. Charmingly decorated and with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. From the entrance you enter the living room with dining area, directly adjacent to the well-equipped kitchenette. A comfortable leather sofa is also there for guest use. Upstairs there is the bedroom with two beds. The beds can be used separately or as a double bed. There is wardrobe and dresser for clothes. WC and shower adjacent to the bedroom. Towels are included in the rental rate. Bed linen (bottom sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) are available to rent for SEK 75/set. You get out to the garden from the family room. It is divided into two "garden rooms", with room for meals and relaxation. You can choose from sun or shade during the day. Garden furniture and simple charcoal grill available. There is also a boule court which is also available for the other guest accommodation and host couple. The other guest accommodation is located in the second wing of the limestone barn. The both homes have separate patios/garden areas secluded from eachother. Parking space is shared by guests and the host couple. Wifi available. Guest access There is a guest parking at the property that is shared with the host couple and another guest accommodation. The private garden is large and divided into several "rooms" and large areas/garden facilities are directly adjacent to which guests have access. On the property, there is also a boule court and balls to borrow. Other things to note The "Annex" is located in one wing of the limestone barn and in the other wing there is also an apartment that is rented out via Airbnb. The patios are well separated from each other and have their own entrances. A few days during the summer, we have a flea market in the yard and there may be some traffic, but the tenants are usually not disturbed by it. We would also like to draw the attention of our guests to the fact that there is a very low groundwater level on Gotland, which is why we urge you to be economical with the water.
