We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines. We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken.
