Check-In & Key Access To ensure security for all guests, your 4-digit access code will be sent right at check-in time. The code will unlock the front door and both garage doors. Check-In Policy Guests must check in before 8:00 PM ET. Our office hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please inform the host in advance. Check-in after 8:00 PM will not provide access to the key code, and assistance will resume at 8:00 AM the following day. By exiting the main home and walking around to the back of the property to enter through the garage, or 2. By using the steps that lead from the back deck directly down to the garage door. The garage is located at the rear of the house. Your 4-digit front door code will be provided at check-in. Please browse our host profile for the complete list of gorgeous listings. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our townhome as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Smoking of any kind—including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping—is strictly prohibited inside the home. If any evidence of indoor smoking is found, a cleaning and odor remediation fee of up to $2,500 will apply to cover the cost of restoration and may result in forfeiture of the security deposit where applicable. Outdoor smoking is allowed, but cigarette butts and smoking materials must be disposed of properly. A $200 fee may be charged if our staff has to clean up discarded smoking debris. By booking this home, you agree to these terms. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love furry friends, but unfortunately, our townhome cannot accommodate them. ★ CAMERAS ★ Please be advised that there are security cameras on the property. These cameras are in place to ensure the safety and security of the premises. ★BOOKING REQUIREMENTS★ The person making the reservation must be 24 years of age or older and must also be the one staying in the townhome unless booking for a corporation. If booking via Airbnb please upload a profile picture. The photo will only be shown once the reservation is made. ★ COMPLETE THE CHECK-IN PROCESS★ As a licensed Vacation Lodging Agency, we require all guests to complete a Pre-Arrival form and sign a rental agreement upon booking. Pre-Arrival form - The information provided is used to verify your identity and run a background check. Your information is secured by industry-standard software used by VLS Agencies across the globe. Your information is not sold or provided to any 3rd party. Rental agreement - The purpose of signing a rental agreement is to establish clear and mutually agreed-upon terms between the host and the guest. This legal document outlines both parties' rights, responsibilities, and expectations during the stay. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. ★ CLEANING & FURNITURE★ Standard Cleaning A basic cleaning service is included in your reservation. This covers laundry, light cleaning, and preparation of the home for future guests. Please help us keep things in good condition by cleaning up after yourself during your stay. Excessive Mess We ask that the home be left in a generally tidy condition. If the home is left excessively messy (e.g., food spills, trash everywhere, damaged linens), an additional cleaning fee may be charged based on the time and effort required to restore the property. Furniture Furniture must not be moved. If it has been significantly relocated and not returned to its original position, a repositioning fee may apply to cover time and labor. ★Laundry Access – Shared Amenity★ The washer and dryer are located in the garage and are a shared amenity. Our cleaning staff may access the garage laundry area as needed during your stay for operational purposes. Cleaners will not enter the living space and access is limited solely to the garage. ★ RIGHT OF REFUSAL ★ In accordance with Tennessee Law, we maintain the right to reject an inquiry, decline or terminate a reservation for any of the following reasons: - Fraternal Organizations or Sororities booking events not associated with membership. - Churches booking events unrelated to membership or religious affiliation. - Any guest in your party smoking inside the home. - Local residents booking stays shorter than 14 days. - Background check revealing incidents involving theft, drug distribution, destruction of property, or any issues concerning children. Any other relevant factors deemed necessary by management.
