Two single beds in a quirky village house

Want to disconnect from your routine and breathe some fresh air? At Casa Arigato, we welcome you with open paws and arms. Yes, you read that right, it's also home to 5 wonderful cats who will make your stay even more interesting. This village house was built in the 19th century and has been recently renovated with modern style while maintaining its rustic charm. Located at the foot of the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park and just 20 minutes from Xilxes beach, there's no excuse not to come! The space There are two usable floors in the house. The third, a basement, is my private space with a separate entrance. My cats and I have this exclusive access so as not to disturb guests. The first floor has a private double bedroom, a full (semi-private) bathroom, and a living room with the only TV, which offers local channels. Alternatively, guests can use their own subscription accounts. There's also the only fully equipped kitchen, which is shared and has a balcony where you can sit and have coffee or a cigarette. On the top floor, there's another private bedroom with two single beds, access to a full bathroom from outside the room, a shared lounge with a desk, and access to the shared terrace. This terrace is furnished with pallet furniture, a grill, and a hammock that can be easily set up. Guest access Each bedroom has access to their own bathroom, but be aware the access is semi-public (not ensuite). The kitchen and balcony will be shared with me, the host, and if there are other guests in the other bedroom, then with them as well. Each floor has its own living room, but these can also be shared, as only one has a television. The terrace is also for public use by everyone.
