The ground floor features a spacious open plan living room with modern furniture, flat screen Tv, dining table, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a guest Wc. The large patio windows open up to join the interior with a semi covered wooden decked patio while the private pool is on the side of the house. At the basement level there is also a washing machine and a mini fridge.
