Any evidence of smoking inside will result in additional cleaning fees. Guest access The only part we ask not to get into is a cabinet in the laundry room with a lock. Other things to note Anyone bringing in guests over the maximum number of guests as indicated for the maximum allowed, without prior approval may have reservation canceled or additional charges added for each guest. If any illegal paraphernalia is found, an extensive cleaning will be required and charges passed along to guest. Checkout Time: Checkout time is firm unless previously arranged. Unauthorized late checkouts may result in a late departure fee of $25.00 per hour, as this impacts our cleaning schedule for incoming guests. The location is in the country at the edge of hay fields; we strive to be pest and insect free however if doors or windows are left open for periods of time, they will get in. We also keep sticky traps in certain areas for the occasional rodents that could pop up so dont be alarmed if you see the traps. Please note mosquitos are prevalent in our area in all season's of the year.
