It has everything you need to switch off and unwind, with an upstairs bedroom, separate bathroom, kitchen and living space. Enjoy the beauty of nature and take a breather from the hustle and bustle in front of stunning views. Gaze at the stars on our open deck at night. Our Tiny is 10-15 minutes away from the delights of the Swan Valley, perfect for wine tasting adventures and bush walks. The space This cosy Tiny home offers thoughtfully designed spaces to maximise comfort and functionality. It features a queen-size loft bedroom that boasts tremendous views across the stunning Perth Hills, providing a private and elevated retreat with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Below, an L-shaped sofa offers a second relaxing space, perfect for lazy afternoon with a book. The full kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, ample counter space, and clever storage solutions, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The bathroom includes a full-sized, spacious shower, modern fixtures, and an efficient layout to ensure comfort without compromise. Outside, guests can relax on the private deck — ideal for cool evenings under the stars. Convenient, free parking is available just steps from the home, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. Guest access Our tiny home is all yours to enjoy. With dedicated free parking just a few metres from the entrance, it's easy to start unwinding as soon as you arrive. During your stay, feel free to explore our property from the Tiny out towards Anderson Point. If you plan to have a look around, we recommend sturdy footwear, especially after rain when the paths may be slippery. Keep to the paths so as not to disturb our native animals. Once you’re here, you'll enjoy the calm and peaceful sunsets so much that you'll most likely not want to leave the property, but the Swan Valley is just 10-15 minutes away with local breweries and wineries offering a huge variety of food and drink. A variety of supermarkets and shops are 20 minutes away in Mundaring, Ellenbrook or Midland. Other things to note Anderson Point Tiny Retreat is on a small, semi-secluded area of the property, hidden behind trees from the main residence, but close enough for ease of access to the main road. We have family dogs, along with a broad variety of visiting native animals on the property. For this reason, we unfortunately can’t allow pets on the property. Please note that we do not have wi-fi or a TV. We invite you to switch off when you come to stay. Our pantry covers those little things that you might have forgotten, like olive oil, salt, pepper, pasta, sauces, Nespresso pods and machine, traditional Irish tea and milk. We also provide toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even have dressing gowns to get cosy! We are located in a rural location so you will need a car for your stay. Please be aware that the property is sometimes used for wedding ceremonies in daylight hours. The Tiny is on a different part of the property from the wedding ceremony area but close to the car park so very seldomly may hear some noise as guests leave. Please also be aware that due the Tiny being a caravan, it can get warm in extremely high outside temperatures. We are glad to be able to offer guests air con and a fan for those really hot days. There are deep, open, natural bodies of water on the property and adjacent properties, so children visiting must always be supervised. Registration Details STRA6069B7ZU6UA7
