Our quiet studio offers everything you need for your Chico stay including a private entrance, kitchenette, full bath and beautiful pool. We are located just minutes from town, the park or the college. Ideal for parents visiting their CSUC student. The space The studio offers a queen size bed, kitchenette with microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, electric hot plate with two burners, apartment sized refrigerator/freezer, a full bathroom, Smart TV, and access to the pool. The studio is located on the second story. If more than two guests will be staying, we can arrange for a queen size air mattress bed. Guest access Shared yard, pool and parking. Other things to note No pets allowed. No smoking inside or outside. No extra guests unless arranged with the owners in advance (extra fee applies). $60 Cleaning Fee $100 Security Deposit
