The space This cozy, open-plan studio apartment offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay in downtown Troy. As you enter, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave). The main living space combines a workspace with a coffee bar, comfortable couch, king bed, and a 58" Smart TV creating a relaxing and versatile environment. A private bathroom with a shower/tub sets just off the kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: This studio is on the second floor with no elevator access and has potential for street noise because of the large old windows facing the square. Other things to note This studio is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator access. Guests must be able to climb stairs. Guest should also be prepared for street noise and noise from other units around the building. There is also no designated parking spot and guests must find street parking.
