Modern, cozy, flooded with light and lovingly furnished 57 sqm apartment with 20 sqm terrace and is located in a very quiet south-facing slope with a direct view of the Eifel National Park in the idyllic town of Erkensruhr. This apartment is so ideally located that a view of the Nationalpark Eifel is given from the whole living-sleeping quarters. The location of our holiday apartment is characterized by pure peace and nature. Apartment is for 2 people up to max. 3 people optimal. The house was built on the slope and the apartment is optimally arranged due to its terrace-like location / construction. Our apartment is on the 4th Descending level. In the village of Einruhr you will find good, bourgeois and exclusive gastronomy. However, if you prefer to cater for yourself, there are various shopping opportunities in Simmerath. The village of Einruhr, located at Rursee in about 2.5 kilometers, offers numerous one-stop options, a ship landing stage and a Natural swimming pool from which the Rursee and its beautiful surroundings can be explored. Ski and cross-country skiing, sledding can be done in the area such as B. Rohren (Belgium) with its drag lift and trails. From the beginning of 2006, the area of the former military training area can also be hiked. On signposted routes with A total area of over 50 km between Höfen (20km), Erkensruhr, Dreiborn (8km), Einruhr (3), Urftseestaumauer (11km), Vogelsang (6km) and Gemünd (12km) are the way clear for hikers and cyclists. An extra tip for hikers and nature vacationers are the towns of Erkensruhr and Hirschrott (1km). A very special natural spectacle awaits nature lovers who explore the national park in spring from Höfe (20km). The wild daffodils transform the meadows in the Perlenbach and Fuhrtsbach valleys into a yellow sea of flowers. Guided ranger hikes take place in Erkensruhr. Boat trips with or without a hike can be combined. Gourmet tours can be booked. The historic Monschau, the high Fens, the three-country point, Bad Aachen are some of the few excursions in our region.
