Conveniently located just 2 minutes from the historic venue, Nazareth Hall. Whether you’re looking for a restful place to stay while visiting the area, a short-term rental or a couples retreat, our home will have everything you need. *Please note, bedrooms and bathroom are both located in the lower level of the home which is only accessible by stairs. *This property is best suited for adults seeking a peaceful stay. We cannot accommodate children/infants due to potential hazards. This two-level, pent roof style home is fully furnished and ready to spoil you in every way! The open concept kitchen and living space is the entire first floor which is connected to a spacious deck, great for enjoying a delicious meal, sunsets and bird watching all year around with seating for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave, toaster, blender, a Keurig coffee maker with milk foamer and complimentary k-cups and an assortment of teas. The dining area includes a modern style round table for 4, with soft cushioned chairs along with a snack bar that seats two. The living space has a 55 inch streaming TV with free high speed Wifi included in your stay so you can start streaming your favorite shows & movies while enjoying an incredible view of the river. The bathroom is freshly remodeled with a marble countertop, single sink vanity, walk-in tile shower and all the essentials. Both bedrooms are located on the lower level of the house, along with the bathroom which can be accessed by the stairs from the main level. Bedroom 1 has a green tea memory foam, king mattress with fresh linens, a reach-in closet with hanging space. Bedroom 2 includes a standard size bed with a cozy comforter, facing out to the Maumee River. The lower patio is accessible through each bedroom’s sliding glass doors. From there you can head down the hill for direct access to the river. Great spot for fishing and sunsets! There are two spots in front of the garage on the property for parking. *The garage is not included in the stay. Our home is just 1 minute down the road from Otsego Park & Thompson Stone Hall, which includes a 21-acre park with a river walk, two large playgrounds and boat launch. Also, just 6 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids where you will find some great local bites, live music, & fun cocktails. There is an abundance of Metroparks in the area if you are looking to explore nature and get some exercise all year around! Please check out my local guidebook for the list of parks to choose from! Guest access Entire house and backyard. No garage access. Other things to note Please note, wood burning stove is not for use. You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. We maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Parties, loud gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Violations will lead to immediate booking cancellation, no refund, and reporting to Airbnb.
