Cabin in a scenic location in Bergkvara (Småland)

The cottage 70 sqm is beautifully located according to the conditions of nature overlooking Kalmarsund and relatively secluded. Proximity to simpler swimming/swimming is 300m, about 2 min walking distance and Dalskär's camping is 5 min away on foot and there is a swimming area, smaller pool area, restaurant and pub, mini golf and summer kiosk. At the campsite there is also the possibility to rent a kayak, canoe and boat. The space Cabin of about 70 sqm and terrace of 30 sqm partly covered. Municipal water and sewer with shower and toilet. Heating system air heat pump. The main cabin is from 1964 and extended in different rounds thereafter. The cottage consists of large spacious "common room" with dining area and TV corner, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with bunk bed. The kitchen is connected to the living room and there is a fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Other kitchen equipment: kettle, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, glasses and ordinary household items. The terrace with outdoor furniture is connected to the master bedroom with exit from there. Guest access Barbecue available. Bed linens and towels are provided in the cottage. Smoking is not allowed inside.
