This home is host occupied- living in the Master on the opposite end of the Cabin. She is a Professional with 6+ years renting and hosting to travel professionals and nurses. I'm happy to give you full privacy. *Continental Breakfast included.* Back in the mid 1800's there was a family hotel on this property. The stone behind the woodstove is from the original 1800's foundation. We can host 5+ currently by booking both rooms and adding the sleeping area in the living room. The space Mountain, pasture, and Orchard Views. My home is a safe and welcoming space for all! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Star gaze at night, listen to the frogs and crickets. In the morning look out on the orchard and pasture. Enjoy watching the roaming Turkey and Deer families that visit. Listen to the sheep and cows in neighboring pastures. This property is Horse friendly. There's at least an acre pasture and a 3 sided shelter enough for one or two horses. There's plenty of room to park trucks and a horse trailer. Message me for rates if you need those accommodations ;-) -If you would like to book a birthday party or graduation party in the home you will need to book both rooms so you have the entire space to yourself. I will need to approve the type and size of the party. Guest access Keypad access. All of the common spaces in the home are available for you with the exception of the washer/dryer. There is a laundrymat 2 miles away in Sutherlin. Exceptions for minimum 5- day stays then laundry in the home is allowed for $5 per load prepaid. Must have host permission and instructions before using. During your stay I'm available in person typically or via a txt during your stay. I will give you the space you desire. I live in the master bedroom so as to care take this amazing 2 acres of pasture and fruit orchard!😁 Other things to note This room has a med/firm queen size latex mattress. If you're traveling alone and like to sleep on the right this is your room ;-) By Request for a fee, some dogs may be allowed on the property. For a party of 3 or 4 there is a second room available to reserve. For a party of 5 there is an additional sleeping area in the living room available for a fee.
