This Lodha Belmondo Golf Resort complex location is: -15 mins drive from Hinjewadi. -1.5 hour drive from Mumbai -30 mins from Pune -Just off Mumbai Pune expressway. Lodha Belmondo Golf Resort complex is a perfect weekend get away for both - Mumbaikars and Punekars. The complex is on the banks of Pawana river where guests can enjoy a walk along 1km long serene walkways along the river bank as well as enjoy river boating. Walkways around the golf course are just ideal for walkers / joggers and nature lovers. Guest access The single feature that all our Guests enjoy the most is the beautiful 2-Km walk around the Golf Course. Almost half the walkway is along the banks of Pawana River. While living within Pune City, our guests enjoy the cooler and pollution free environment of Lodha Belmondo Golf Resort complex. You can order food from the restaurants in the Lodha Belmondo clubhouse and it will be delivered to the flat. You can order food using apps (Zomato, Swiggy) from many restaurants nearby. You can order groceries delivered in 10 mins using Zepto or Blinkit - if you feel like cooking a delicious home cooked meal. At extra cost of Rs 250 per person, you can use the facilities of the Lodha Belomondo clubhouse for a 24-hour period. Guests can obtain a 24-hour pass granting access to all amenities, swimming pool, golf course ,the gym, the clubhouse, tennis, pool tables, and more. Please note that a Govt issued ID for each person who will stay is required to generate the QR code. You need the QR code to enter the Lodha Belmondo Golf Resort complex. Other things to note 1. For our Airbnb guests, certain Lodha Belmondo Clubhouse facilities are free (such as clubhouse cafe and restaurants, walks around the golf course, etc). Some other facilities (swimming pool, gym, boating, horse riding, golfing) are available on extra payment. Their charges are Rs 250 per person per day. Clubhouse is closed on Tuesdays. 2. Swimming costume is a must to get into the swimming pool. 3. You can use most delivery apps (Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, Jio-Mart, Dmart-Ready, Amazon, Flipkart) to order merchandize, groceries and food directly to your apartment. All such apps deliver to Lodha Belmondo 4. There are few home-cooked tiffin service providers available nearby Lodha Belmondo complex. They deliver hot, delicious and tasty food at nominal costs to your apartment. Please ask us for their contact numbers. 5. OLA and UBER both are operational for taxi ordering. Taxies arrive at your tower. 6. WIFI has a superfast 100 MBPS speed and is dedicated for the guests. 7. DAILY HOUSEKEEPING - INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS : During your entire stay with us, our standard daily housekeeping service includes traditional zadu-poccha (floor mopping) and bathroom cleaning. Our staff provides this service during 10am to 1pm - only if you are present in the flat. For safety reasons, we do not want our staff to enter the flat during your absence. If you want our staff to perform any additional tasks (such as any kitchen utensils cleaning, dusting and running washing machine) - then please directly work out suitable arrangement with our staff. During your stay, the bed linen and bath linen is changed and replaced free of cost every week. If you need the linen changed sooner, the extra charge is ₹250. You can use the washing machine on your own to save on these charges. 8. EXTRA ELECTRICITY CHARGES AT ACTUALS FOR WEEKLY OR LONGER BOOKINGS ONLY: For all bookings of 7+ nights, we offer a huge discount. For all bookings of 7+ nights, we charge electricity bill at actuals at rate of ₹14 per unit. With adequate usage of air conditioning and water geyser, the cost for electricity for 7 nights ranges from 30 units to 100 units (i.e. ₹400 to ₹1400 for a week). We shall provide a meter reading at the time of check-in then at check-out.
