The small, fine Chiemgau-ROOM is located in the bright basement of our house and has its own small terrace . It is designed with attention to detail. Feel-good atmosphere! The space The small but nice room with its own entrance as well as car and bicycle parking in the carport is located in the basement of our house. You will live in a 15-square-meter, well thought-out and modernly designed small space. Two windows bring light and support the comfort . The Chiemgau-ROOM has a double bed, 160 x 200 cm with a high-quality mattress for a pleasant night's sleep. From the bed you can relax or inform yourself with SATELLITE TV or listen to music. ... a small seat can be found on a long board where we provide you with a kettle as well as tea and coffee for a little break. Here you will also find space and electricity for your laptop. On beautiful days, your personal small furnished terrace with umbrella beckons for the first coffee in the sunshine and is the perfect place for a romantic glass of wine after an eventful day. As the owner of a small concrete factory, we show exciting material combinations with concrete ciré, metal and wood in our Chiemgau-ROOM. Via these stairs, the path also leads you to your own small terrace as well as to the drying area for laundry (summer). In addition, you have access to the laundry room with the washing machine and dryer. Both can be used for a fee. During your stay Whenever possible, we greet our guests personally and give initial tips. All guests will also receive the mobile numbers under which we can be reached. For maximum flexibility at check-in, we leave the key in a key box located next to the door at the end of the staircase to the basement. This also makes a late arrival possible at any time.
