Wilderness parking space by the pond with rowboat

We offer a great idyllic parking space outside a small village between two small ponds. Beautifully grown between meadows, trees and fields, wildly romantic without fixed infrastructure, sanitary facilities, etc. For a small flat fee of €10, you can "book" a small bathroom upstairs in the courtyard with its own entrance and only for your use. Corona in particular has shown us how important it is to have a place for yourself without crowds. The space The place is between 2 ponds, brick-built grill incl. grill grate/grill etc. is available, rowing boat is in the pond (must be scooped out/dried depending on the rain), in a small shed there is a beer bench, chairs, gas cooker etc. for free use, fire bowl is on site and wood is available. Places for fishing are available, in the pond there are mirror carp, grass carp, tench and perch, fish removal for low expense compensation (for new stock) possible. Overnight stays on site with tent, motorhome, etc. are possible, but there is no further infrastructure (water connection; electricity) at the pond. For a small fee of €10, you can "book" a small bathroom in the courtyard with its own entrance and only for your use. Expense allowance/reimbursement of costs: €25 daily rent for the pond incl. Boat, grill with charcoal, fire bowl with wood, etc. €30 daily rent including overnight stay €10 bathroom use €5 max. reimbursement per fish taken (depending on the type/size, also less) Guest access You can drive directly to the place of stay (except for completely soaked ground, then park in the courtyard). Other things to note This is just a "parking space" for campers, tents and for the stay. No further infrastructure is provided, "Additional booking" of a bathroom for exclusive use as described above is possible. Pond rules: 1 Waste must be disposed of properly (containers for this are on site) 2 Be careful to keep quiet, no excessive noise (too loud music, etc.) 3 No parties, no excessive alcohol consumption 4 Fishing, of course, only with a fishing license 5 Animal and nature conservation must always be respected
