Gated back yard is perfect to keep your pet from wandering the expansive property. A warm, comfortable sun room faces the eastern mountains, providing a cozy place for morning coffee. A private porch and patio invite you to sit in the shade of an enormous mesquite tree while enjoying the peacefulness of the area. Our bright kitchen, with microwave, electric stove and oven, extra large refrigerator and breakfast bar provides a gathering place while preparing meals or enjoying them. Dishwasher and filtered water completes the features. A bedroom on each end of the home gives each guest privacy with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with premium mattress in old pueblo style furniture. The master bathroom walks through to a very roomy walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with premium mattress and plenty of storage. Both bedrooms, on the east side of the home, have access to the sun room and lots of windows with blinds. In the center of the home our living room, guests enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, smartTV, flat-screened television and WiFi Soundbar. Furniture is rustic, comfortable with colorful accents in the Southern Arizona tradition. A large laundry room with extra deep sink and full-sized electric washer and dryer help keep your stay enjoyable. A double garage features built-in cabinets and plenty of room for bikes, and a large SUV. Outdoor BBQ also available.
