Historical house from 1858, carefully renovated, ideal for 8 people, located in Mollens just 10 minutes from Crans-Montana. Its authentic charm and warm atmosphere offer a unique experience. In winter and summer, enjoy the ski slopes, hikes, bisse and alpine trails nearby. The house is heated by a pellet stove. Note: atypical ceiling heights (approx. 1m80) and exposed beams. A unique family home to create beautiful memories. The space The home is a renovated historic house, spread over three floors, accommodating up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen renovated in 2020, a sofa bed, and a laundry room with a toilet, which cannot be locked from the inside. The 1st floor has a large cozy living room, office area and bathroom. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Outside, a covered patio with a plancha allows you to enjoy convivial moments. Two parking spots are available. 🔥 Heating: the house is heated by a pellet stove. 15 kg bags are stored on site and guests will need to refill the stove themselves as needed. ⚠️ Note: old house with exposed beams and atypical ceiling heights, which can drop to 1.80 m in places — an authentic charm that is part of the experience. No additional fees are to be expected, except for the tourist tax to be paid after booking. This one, perceived by the Swiss municipalities, finances local tourist and cultural infrastructure.
