The space The house has three bedrooms: Master bedroom: double bed and private bathroom with a large bathtub. Second bedroom: double bed. Third bedroom: bunk bed, ideal for children. It has 2 full bathrooms, one private one inside the master bedroom and another one in the common areas. The house also has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a perfect space to prepare and enjoy meals, and a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the nice weather. For added convenience, there is a parking space near the door of the property. Guests can also enjoy the common areas of the complex, which include a community pool with a bar/restaurant and soccer and tennis courts. Its location makes it easy to get to Viveiro, less than a 10-minute drive away, making it an excellent choice for enjoying both the tranquility of the surroundings and the area's amenities, restaurants and beaches. Smoking is allowed, but only on the terrace. We appreciate you not smoking inside the house. To ensure good neighborly relations, we ask you to respect the neighbors' peace and quiet, especially at night. Out of respect for the neighbors, using the washing machine is not allowed after 10:00 p.m. If you use the washing machine in the afternoon, make sure the cycle has finished before that time.
