In the bright living room, a cozy couch awaits you, which can be converted into an additional bed (160 x 200 cm) for one to two additional guests if necessary. The separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (box spring bed). For couples, a continuous topper provides a uniform and comfortable lying surface. On request, the beds can also be pulled apart - ideal for friends or colleagues. The kitchen in the back of the apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need, such as a stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pad machine, coffee filter machine, etc. A bar table with two stools is available for small meals. A dining table for cozy meals or social game evenings is in the living area. The spacious bathroom has room for a spacious shower. Towels and bed linens are of course included in the price. For our smallest guests, we provide a baby cot and a toilet seat reduction free of charge on request. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. You can smoke on the terrace to your liking. An ashtray is available. In our garden is a small pond about 15 cm deep. Created decades ago as an ornamental pond, it now serves as a refuge for dragonfly larvae and newts as well as a trough and bathing place for all kinds of wild birds. Last but not least, it should be mentioned that 3 lovely chickens live in a closed area in our garden. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance. The key is handed over via a key safe. Other things to note 🌄Nature and excursion tips in the area: • Hiking and cycling trails right outside the front door, e.g. well-signalled routes along the Lauter or to castles and castle ruins • In winter, ski lift or cross-country skiing • Kohlstetten train station: the lovely Swabian Albbahn commutes between Ulm and Trochtelfingen and offers nostalgia rides on the steam train on selected days Within 10-15 minutes by car: • Marbach stud farm • Lichtenstein Castle • Fog cave, bear cave • Traumland amusement park, especially nice for preschool and primary school children • Lichtenstein climbing park • Bowling, billiards, darts – Sports bar Havana No.5 • Münsingen biosphere reserve - The charming towns of Bad Urach, Münsingen, Trochtelfingen, Zwiefalten and Tübingen as well as the outlet city of Metzingen are within 20 – 30 minutes by car
