By booking you are agreeing to hot tub rules and waiving owner of all liability for accidents or injuries . - Up to $500 fine if hot tub needs unscheduled drain & fill - No Pets or Animals Allowed , $1000 fine. - No smoking inside property or in/near hot tub, $1000 fine - Must be 25 years of age or older to book - Photo ID may be requested upon booking for reservation to be fully approved . - No exceeding max occupancy of 3 - Fines of up to $500 for entering the locked bedrooms / bathrooms.
