Guest access Guests have full private access to the home, including the backyard, pool, hot tub, and all indoor living and entertainment spaces. The garage has been thoughtfully converted into a dedicated karaoke and recreation room and is fully accessible during your stay. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. For safety and property monitoring, there is a doorbell camera at the front entrance and an exterior camera facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. A detailed digital guide will be shared before your stay with everything you need, including access instructions, house details, and local recommendations to ensure a smooth arrival. Other things to note To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to review a few important details: Occupancy & Gatherings The home is designed for group stays, but parties and disruptive events are not permitted due to local regulations. Please ensure your group size matches your reservation. Quiet Hours Outdoor quiet hours are enforced in the evenings out of respect for neighbors. Pool & Hot Tub The pool is unheated and open year-round. A professional service team maintains the pool and hot tub on a regular schedule (at least twice per week). They may briefly access the backyard during your stay, servicing outdoor areas only and never entering the home, ensuring everything stays clean, safe, and ready for your enjoyment. Outdoor Use For safety, glass is not permitted near the pool area. A full set of outdoor-friendly dishware, including cups, plates, and utensils is provided for a seamless outdoor dining experience. Home Care To ensure everything runs smoothly, please do not unplug or adjust any labeled systems or equipment. This includes internet and network devices, as changes may interrupt service and access to key home features. Laundry Due to the septic system, laundry is limited to 2 loads per day.
