We’re in a prime location—just about 17 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport and less than 15 minutes from the nearest beach. You’ll be close enough to everything (dining, shopping, and parks, but tucked away on a quiet street that feels like your own private retreat. Inside, the space feels bright, open, and welcoming. The 10-foot ceilings and large windows flood the home with natural light, while the open floor plan makes it easy to cook, eat, and lounge together. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining area seats 8 comfortably, and the living room is perfect for movie nights or just unwinding after a day out. Step outside and you’ll find what guests love most: your own private backyard oasis. Lounge by the pool with a drink in hand, soak up the Florida sunshine—it’s peaceful, beautiful, and all yours. When it’s time to recharge, each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort. Every room has a plush king bed, curtains for a great night’s sleep, ceiling fans, and calming décor. Need to sneak in a little work? Each room also has a desk space with a chair so you can stay connected without sacrificing vacation vibes. Guest access Guest will have access to the house via lockbox - we advise guests keep the keys in the lockbox when leaving the property so other members of their group can access the door at anytime. Other things to note Pool rules: ask about heating fee (wont be available until 1/28/2026) Adult supervision for children at all times No diving No running No jumping in the pool - please use steps. Pool heaters, like any piece of technology, can occasionally experience issues. While we do our best to ensure they are functioning properly, we cannot guarantee pool heating and do not offer refunds for heating issues, except for the original pool heating fee. If a problem arises, we will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. While we don’t anticipate any issues, we appreciate your understanding that, like any technology, malfunctions can happen. Propane is not provided - but can be filled our switched at local hardware store. Maximum 3 cars allowed - No street parking - all cars must be in driveway Essential supplies are provided for the first few days, guests are responsible for extra toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc after what we provide is used Fridge does not dispense water. This part of Florida has a lot of wild life - including iguanas. It is not uncommon to find them lounging in the backyard. This home is next to a body of water which is home to a lot of other wild life as well. **Pool Information** Our pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoor setting. Since it is located outside, it’s normal for some natural debris like leaves or small foliage to occasionally make its way into the water, especially depending on weather conditions. Please note that small amounts of leaves or debris do not make the pool dirty or unusable — the pool is properly maintained and sanitized with chlorine to ensure it remains clean and safe for swimming. The pool is professionally serviced at least once per week, and while our team does their best to maintain a consistent schedule, service days may vary slightly due to weather or availability. For your convenience, a pool skimmer is provided, and guests may wish to use it between cleanings to keep the pool looking its best during their stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the pool as part of your stay! (there will be no refunds due to debris entering the pool) As you can see this home has a lot of foliage around the pool. Wind and rain will cause leaves and other debris to fall into the pool. The pool is professionally cleaned once a week, but it is impossible to keep it spotless, so we provide a skimmer for guests scoop any unwanted debris out. This home requires guest to use stairs to access the majority of the bedrooms.
