Located in the high basement of Villa Beatrice, the Classic Studio is an elegant 25 m² retreat designed for couples or solo travelers. Nestled in a quiet location and only minutes by car from the central square, we offer 19 modernly furnished apartments spread across three floors. Our guests appreciate the free on-site parking, hassle-free self check-in using a PIN code, and flexible arrival/departure times. Each apartment is designed for a relaxing stay, featuring spacious double beds, private bathrooms with showers, and modern amenities to provide the comforts of home. Breakfast is not included in the rate, but may be added in advance for an extra fee. Resort Beatrice is an excellent base for exploring Ljubljana — by day you can enjoy the city’s rich cultural and culinary offerings, and by night retreat to the peace and order of our property. Guest access For your comfort, we offer fully contactless arrival. On your day of arrival, you’ll receive a link for online check-in, where you can quickly submit all necessary details. Upon arrival, a smart door lock with your personal access code will be waiting for you, giving you easy and secure entry to your apartment—no waiting, no in-person key handover. Other things to note Breakfast Breakfast is not included in the accommodation price. It can be pre-ordered for an additional fee. Please contact the property to confirm availability and pricing. Pets Resort Beatrice is a pet-friendly resort. An additional fee applies. Only one pet is allowed per unit, and pets must not exceed 30 kg (66 lbs). Pets must be well trained, kept on a leash in public areas, and must not be left unattended inside the units. The resort reserves the right to request an additional security deposit or deny entry if a pet may pose a risk to other guests, staff, or property. Pool and Sauna Both facilities are seasonal, and availability may vary depending on weather and operational conditions. The heated outdoor pool is open 09:30-21:00, typically from early/mid May to mid/end September. The sauna is open 10:00-21:00, typically from mid-September to mid-May, and may be temporarily closed during hot weather. No glass is allowed around the pool. Please use only the pool/sauna towels provided; do not take them back to the apartment, and leave them in the designated baskets after use. Please respect other guests, keep noise levels reasonable, and supervise children at all times. Use of these facilities is at guests' own risk. Cleaning Final cleaning is included. For 3-night stays, fresh towels are provided after the 2nd night. For stays of 4 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning with fresh towels and bed linen is provided, followed by fresh towels every 2 nights and a full cleaning every 4 nights. Additional cleaning is available on request for EUR 25-45, depending on apartment size.
