CZARNA BUCHTA - OAZA. This is a beautiful house on Lake Boczniel. Near Sejny - a lively small town in the north-east of Poland. The place is delightful at any time of the year. The house is located in a quiet place just above the lake, under the forest at the end of the local road. Morning coffee with birds singing tastes even better. An evening walk or a simple rest in nature relaxes you. And the nearby lake cools you down on hot days. The space A wooden house located 50 m from the lake. Private beach and pier. Kayak and water bike available. By the lake, a private sauna. Next to the house there is a mini guest house, which is owned by the hosts. A guest house that can be rented occasionally. Upstairs there is one lockable bedroom and a shared area with 3 beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The kitchen, large living room and second bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic appliances - electric (induction) stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, dishes, cutlery. The house is heated by a "goat" fireplace.
