TOPHILL is a homestay run by a female owner. Guests are limited to women (children under 13 of any gender allowed) or parents with children. A base for sightseeing at the World Heritage Site Mt. Koya/climbing Mt. Kongo/Osaka City Log cabin guest room. 2R 4B (Each room is 16m2) Free car parking By train: From Namba, Osaka's central to Kawachinagano St: 30 min From KIX: 70 min From Shin-Osaka St: approximately 50 min By car: 50 min from central Osaka and Kansai Airport(KIX) The space ◎1st Floor Interior - You are free to use all areas of the first floor except for the study directly next to the entrance. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are connected flat with no partitions or steps. We have also installed a fireplace. The electrical appliances on the first floor, such as the TV, washing machine, iron, microwave, toaster, and rice cooker, as well as the kitchen utensils and tableware, are shared. Please let your host know and you can use them freely. ◎1st Floor Outdoor Deck Tables and chairs are also provided on the outdoor deck. Please let your host know and you can use them. You are free to use them as an outdoor dining area. ◎2nd Floor Interior - You are free to use all areas of the second floor except for the host's bedroom. However, you will need to use the stairs from the first floor. There is an open-air atrium with the first floor, and a table and chairs are provided in the hallway that guests can use as a study. - 2nd Floor Guest Rooms There are two guest rooms, Room 1 and Room 2. Guest Room 1 has a dressing table, TV, and mini-fridge. Additionally, complimentary bottled mineral water is provided in each guest room. ◎Other - Outdoor parking is available on the premises. Guests arriving by car can park for free with advance notice. There is ample parking space for a standard passenger car. - While there are restrooms on the second floor, those on the first floor are also available. Guest access You are free to use the rooms as you wish, except for the study on the first floor and the host's bedroom on the second floor. During your stay Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with contact information for the host and their assistant in case of any emergencies or support during your stay. Other things to note ・As the host is a single woman, guests are limited to women (any gender if accompanied by a child under 13) or families (couples and their children). Please be considerate of noise levels, such as the sound of rolling suitcases when walking early in the morning or late at night, and loud conversations in the parking lot or on the deck. • Cleaning and linen changes are not provided for consecutive stays (excluding long-term stays). If you would like a change, please inform the host. • A list of all guests is required before check-in. Overseas travelers must present their passports. • Early check-in and late check-out requests will be considered. (However, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the circumstances.) • Please ask us in advance for long-term stays. (However, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the circumstances.) • Although we maintain and clean the property, it is 25 years old. There are some areas showing signs of age-related deterioration. Thank you for your understanding. • As this is an area with abundant nature, there are inevitably many insects. We do our best to prevent insects using insecticides, but occasionally insects may enter the room. • Occasionally, my son, grandchildren, or relatives may visit during the day. However, this rarely happens. When they do visit, they will always leave by nightfall. • If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask. The host (landlord) lives on the property, but is not fluent in foreign languages and uses a translation device. We also have a supporter (the host's son) who can communicate in English remotely.
