Non-smoking condo. Please provide all guest names and dog info if applicable upon inquiry or booking. The space * Beautiful first floor condo with comfortable King memory foam bed, cathedral ceiling in the living room, Queen sofa pullout bed, private patio with seating for 4 and relaxing nature views. * Located on the 12th fairway of Devil's Knob Golf Course, close to Wintergreen Spa and the Nature Foundation. About one mile to Wintergreen Resort and restaurants * Transportation to resort activities is available but not guaranteed (during holidays and ski season) from the Tanners Ridge entrance on the Wintergreen Shuttle. * Located on 30 miles of marked hiking trails and close to Old Appalachian Trail * Keurig coffee pods plus sugar, Stevia and creamer provided (there is also a traditional coffee maker available) * Firewood provided in the parking area * Plenty of unassigned convenient parking spots available * Sheets, comforters, pillows, towels, hand towels, washcloths provided * Shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent provided * Pet dog fee $50 (please select that you are bringing a dog on your reservation, we can only accept well-behaved dogs that are up to date on vaccines and flea free- $250 fee for bringing an unapproved dog). Owners are responsible for all damage. * No smoking or vaping inside and no smoking outside of the condo ($250 fee for breaking this rule) Guest access Guests have full access to the private condo including 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, ski closet and patio. There is a locked owners closet in the condo that is not accessible to guests. Guests also have seasonal access to the Chesnut Springs Pool (1.5 miles from the condo) and Rodes Farm Pool (at the base of the mountain). The High Country Park and Spruce Creek Park are both open year round. Guests can pay to access: - Wintergreen Snow Sports- skiing, snowboarding, tubing - Wintergreen Spa- access to the Fitness and indoor pool and hot tubs with a Spa service purchase. - Discovery Ridge- Adventure Center, The Zip, Ridgley's Fun Park - Treehouse for kids - Stoney Creek Golf Course - Tennis - (please call the Tennis area for information) - Sherando Lake - Lake Monticello Other things to note We hope you can relax and enjoy your time in our home away from home! Our condo is located in the mountains next to a golf course nestled in nature, so please be aware of your surroundings. In order to maintain the peacefulness and serenity of the property, no parties, no unregistered guests, no smoking inside or outside (including marijuana), no illegal drugs allowed. Smoking violations will result in a $250 charge. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the condo. We ask that you not leave your dog in the condo if he/she will bark as this will bother others wanting to enjoy their stay in the other condos. Please keep your dog off of the furniture and beds. Any violation will result in you being asked to leave immediately. Please let us know as soon as possible if anything is broken or missing in the condo so that we can rectify the situation.
