The property is a standalone house with each floor completely independent, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. We have a large green garden, a kitchen garden, and dedicated parking space, giving the home an open, relaxed feel despite being well connected to the city. Ground Floor: Owner-occupied. We live here and are available if guests need any assistance, while fully respecting privacy. First Floor: Guest accommodation, consisting of One spacious 2 BHK apartment Two private studio apartments, each with an attached washroom and pantry Third Floor: Our offices and workplace, with no guest access. The property is located in a calm residential area, making it suitable for families, working professionals, and guests looking for a quiet, comfortable stay rather than a hotel-like setup. You’ll enjoy the balance of privacy, greenery, and on-site support, all within a homely and well-maintained environment. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to their booked accommodation on the first floor, including the entire 2 BHK apartment or a private studio, depending on the booking. First floor: Fully accessible to guests Garden & parking: Shared access Ground floor: Owner-occupied, no guest access Third floor: Office/workplace, no guest access All guest units have independent entry, ensuring privacy and a comfortable stay. Shared outdoor areas are to be used respectfully. Other things to note Gate Access Policy The main gate is closed at 11:00 PM. Guests arriving after this time are kindly requested to contact the caretaker for opening the gate. Power Backup The property is located in an urban residential area where power supply is generally stable. Power outages are rare and usually occur only during scheduled maintenance by the electricity department. In case of a power cut, lights and fans are supported by inverter backup. High-load appliances such as geyser, heater, AC, microwave, induction, etc. do not operate during power backup. No Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and indoor areas. If smoking is detected, a ₹3,000 room refresh and deodorisation charge will apply. Guests may smoke only in the designated outdoor areas.
