The space Our home is the perfect spot for gathering families in the large open vaulted dining/kitchen/living area after exploring winter sports at Mount Snow, hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, dining, and snowmobiling on the VAST trails all nearby. *GATHERING* - Gas fireplace to cozy up après-ski. - Soak in the BRAND NEW HOT TUB après ski. - Comfortable vaulted open living space. - Smart TV and fiber-optic Wi-Fi available. *ENTRANCE* - Coming in through the side entrance mud room, you'll have plenty of cubby space to stash your gear and warm up your ski gear on our boot warmer. - Front entrance brings you into the open living and dining space with soaring ceilings. *SLEEPING* - Private primary bedroom takes up the entire second floor with a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom. - 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed on the main floor with a full bathroom. - Pack-n-play available. - 6 twin beds on 3 bunk beds in the lower level for all the kids to sleep. *KITCHEN* -We cook large meals for our family in this kitchen all the time so it should have all the gear you need. - Fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot & more. -Cookware, spices, and kid-friendly dishes. -Large dining table and seating on kitchen island perfect for gathering. *GAME ROOM* - Foosball table, board games, card table, and video games will keep the kids busy and tucked away in the basement. - Bar area and poker chips for after the kids go to bed. *LAUNDRY* - Washer and dryer available *OUTDOORS* Step outside and enjoy fresh mountain air while relishing a morning coffee on our large wrap-around porch. Soak in the brand new hot tub after a day on the slopes. Gather around our outdoor fire pit in the evening and cook up s'mores. Our fire ring includes a cooking grate for open fire cooking. - Outdoor dining - Fire pit and Adirondack chairs for stargazing (weather permitting) *GETTING HERE* - 3 parking spots on our gravel driveway. - Some of the driveway can get a little steep and getting to our home requires driving on steep/unpaved road. - Winter in Vermont is very snowy so appropriate AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended. *PLEASE NOTE* - No smoking/vaping. - No parties or events, please be considerate of our neighbors. - Full list of house rules provided upon booking. - No pets allowed- our son is allergic! Any violation of our house rules will result in the imposition of an additional fee. *HOT TUB RULES* • Maximum 6-person capacity • Must be at least 12 years old to use • Rinse off before use • No beverages or food allowed • Absolutely no glass allowed • No jumping or diving • Do not ever put temperature above 104° F • Put temperature back to 100° F when done • Replace cover and fasten clips when done • Excessive debris in the hot tub will result in an additional cleaning fee Guest access Full access except two locked owner's closets.
