The space Experience a relaxing stay in this spacious Blacksburg home, nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood just minutes from Virginia Tech and downtown. The home features multiple cozy living areas, including a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and coffee station, and a dining area perfect for gatherings. The home has four bedrooms—one king, two queens, and one full bed—spread across two levels for privacy, with 3 bathrooms and a laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, and storage for added convenience. Step outside to enjoy the large deck, covered patio, salt water hot tub, and relaxing seating areas surrounded by nature. The property is close to parks, tennis courts, the Huckleberry Trail, Pandapas Pond, and the New River, offering the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and easy access to the New River Valley. Bedroom count: Four Bed Sizes: K, Q, Q, Full Bathrooms: 3 1/2 Back up pillows and blankets: extra linens can be found in hallway closet. Extra blankets are located in bedroom closets. Guest access All areas of the home and property are open for guests use, except 2 rooms (1 on main level and one on 2nd level). They are labeled and locked for owners private items. Other things to note -PETS ALLOWED. Also, please pick up after your dog in both the yard and in the neighborhood Place trash in bins on the south side of the house (beside the back porch). Trash collection occurs early Tuesday morning. Please place bins on the street Monday evening (recycle is picked up every other week). No plastic bags in recycle bins, please. Ring doorbells on Front Door and Garage Door -Regular coffee pot and Keurig available for guest use. -Gas grill located on back patio area. -Gas fire pit as well as traditional fire pit are available for guest use.
