High above Lake Thun and just 10 minutes by car from Interlaken, this 140 m2 penthouse apartment awaits you with unobstructed views of the spectacular mountain panorama with the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The apartment is modernly furnished and freshly renovated. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living and dining area as well as a kitchen and a balcony. The bus stop is only 2-3 minutes' walk away and you can reach Interlaken West train station in 14 minutes. The space Living area: Two spacious sofas, 65-inch TV, large dining table, wooden hanging swing. Balcony: Two folding tables and several stools, with space for 5 people. Kitchen: Fully equipped with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, dishes, cooking utensils, basic spices, etc. Bedroom 1: double bed (160 × 200 cm). Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90 × 200 cm each). Bedroom 3: double bed (160 × 200 cm). 2 bathrooms: showers, hand and bath towels, hairdryer, washing machine/dryer. On request: crib, high chair, ski storage room and much more. Guest access You live in the entire apartment on the top floor and have exclusive access to the balcony that belongs to the apartment. Parking space no. 1 belongs to the apartment and can be used free of charge. Check-in is convenient and independent via key box – no waiting necessary. The bus stop "Beatenberg Ramsern" can be reached in just 2-3 minutes on foot; from there you can go directly to Interlaken West in just 14 minutes. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: Disregarding the house rules can lead to a fine. 🚭 No smoking You are not allowed to smoke in the house or on the balcony. 😴 Quiet hours Please keep the noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am, even on the balcony, so that we respect the neighbors. 🎉 No parties Parties are not allowed. We report violations to the authorities. 🐾 No pets Unfortunately, animals are not allowed. 🔥 No fireplaces or grills No fireplaces or grills may be used during your stay. 🌬️ Ventilation Ventilate the kitchen or living room for at least 15 minutes after cooking. Ventilate the bathroom after showering. 📸 Report damage Report any damage immediately with photos. 💧 Hot water The hot water is heated by the boiler at night. Do not put wet or dirty dishes back in the cupboards. 🔌 Switching off Turn off the stove and lights before leaving the apartment. 🎒 Forgotten items Things left behind will be donated. 🔒 Lock up Lock all doors and put the key back in the lockbox.
