Located in a charming alley, our accommodation combines the historic charm of Bergamo with modern comfort. Just minutes from Bergamo and conveniently connected to Milan and Orio al Serio Airport. The space The apartment has been furnished with modern taste and attention to detail, ideal for couples, solo travelers, business travelers or small families. You will find a spacious and bright bedroom, with a queen size bed and clean sheets. Another small room with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed with a small corner used as a wardrobe. A spacious open-plan living area with minimalist furnishings. The comfortable corner sofa bed is perfect for relaxing in front of the wall-mounted smart TV. In the bathroom, you will find a spacious shower and, for your convenience, there is a washing machine available to guests, perfect for longer stays or light trips. You will also find detergent, a drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board. To complete everything there will be soft towels, hairdryer, large mirror and courtesy kit. The room is illuminated by large windows with light curtains that let in a lot of natural light. There is a dining area with a glass table, ideal for quick meals or for working in peace. The modern and equipped open kitchen is equipped with everything you need such as an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and utensils. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi included for maximum comfort. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor of a recently constructed building, completed in 2023, and is accessible via a staircase with 14 steps. The building is located in a characteristic historic alley. It is possible to access the entrance by car only for loading and unloading luggage. It is not permitted to leave your car in the alley or in the courtyard; after unloading your luggage, you must park in the public spaces available nearby. Outside, you can relax on the private terrace, equipped with a small table and chairs, ideal for an outdoor breakfast or a moment of relaxation. The location guarantees tranquility and privacy, while remaining close to all the main services in the town. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and residents, please keep the noise level moderate, especially during the evening and night hours (from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.). Parties or activities that may disturb the peace of the neighborhood are not allowed. It is also recommended not to exceed the maximum number of guests specified in the booking. This may result in a financial increase for each unregistered person. Accessibility: The accommodation is not specifically suitable for people with reduced mobility, as access is via a staircase of 14 steps and a path through a historic alley.
