There are no shared spaces, so please feel free to relax and enjoy your stay. However, please do not enter rooms on other floors in the building. Other things to note Request for Your Stay To ensure that all guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, please kindly review the following rules. ⸻ Guest Registration ★ In accordance with Japanese law, after booking, all guests are required to submit their guest information and passport photos. The submitted information will be used for creating the legally required guest register and for identity verification. ⸻ Important Rules Regarding Unauthorized Stays, Resale, and Third-Party Bookings At this property, resale of reservations, third-party bookings where the booking guest does not stay at the property, and any unapproved extra guests are strictly prohibited. If any of these violations are discovered, we will take strict action as follows: 1. Immediate Termination of the Stay Agreement and Eviction Once the violation is discovered, the accommodation agreement will be terminated immediately, and all guests will be required to leave the property at once. In this case, no refund will be provided for any paid accommodation fees, regardless of the remaining nights. 2. Penalty and Additional Charges In addition to the eviction stated above, a penalty fee will be charged for the violation of the rules and for damages caused by the unauthorized stay up to the time the violation is discovered. The penalty fee is 20,000 JPY per person per night. ⸻ House Rules ★ Please do not take towels or room amenities with you. ★ Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. ★ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If there are any signs or smell of smoking inside the room, we will charge 50,000 JPY as a cleaning fee and penalty. ★ Beds are for sleeping only. Please do not jump on the beds. ★ Please refrain from using strong fragrances or hair dyeing inside the room. ★ Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when you go out. ★ Please take off your shoes indoors. Indoor slippers are for indoor use only. ★ Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the provided trash bins. Please keep the room clean. ★ Bed covers, linens, cushions, and other items may differ in color or design due to product replacement.
