The space A cozy, completely renovated one-bedroom house furnished in the old-world style awaits you, in which you will surely find peace and treat not only the body but especially the soul to peace and escape from the city's hustle and bustle. During the hot summer, the house is pleasantly cool thanks to the thick walls and during the cold winter days it is heated by a heat pump and the romantic atmosphere is complemented by a brick fireplace. For sauna enthusiasts, an infrared sauna is available. Guest access The access road is maintained in winter and access is provided directly to the accommodation facility. Parking is possible in a public area, but also for a small fee right in front of the accommodation facility in a guarded closed parking lot under camera surveillance. In the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom with infrared sauna and a living room that also serves as a bedroom. Outside, you can enjoy a generous plot of land with a fireplace, a small pond, and a cozy lake house with a fold-out sofa. Other things to note Route: Enter the address in the navigation: Klokoč 28. It is a village in the Detva district. The key to the house will be handed over to you personally by the host. In the absence of the host, a mailbox with a code is available. We recommend contacting us before you arrive. Wifi: The WIFI password is available after scanning the QR code placed on the wall in the room. Infrared sauna: Service fee for each use of the sauna 5€/entry. Fireplace: Service fee for using the fireplace €5/night. Animals: Maximum one animal accustomed to staying indoors, clean. Not a big breed of dog! Pet service fee €5/night. Night peace: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Number of guests: 2 people plus a crib or extra bed. Service fee for a baby cot or extra bed €5/night. Other information: Place used towels and sheets in the bathroom basket after sauna. Smoking, vaping, electronic cigarettes are prohibited indoors. The bed linen is in the large white closet in the hallway. The first aid kit is in the glass white cabinet in the bathroom.
