Our K-Stay in California blends luxury with a unique Korean-themed experience. This 4-bedroom en suite home features culturally rich design. Located in a quiet, safe area, just a 2-min drive from Glendora Village, full of restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions, 6 min from Azusa Pacific University, Citrus Collage. The space 30-50 minutes away from top Southern California destinations including: Downtown LA, Hollywood, Pasadena, LAX, Ontario Airport, City of Hope, Palm Springs, Beaches, Disneyland, and Universal Studios. We have a pack and play and baby essentials at all times, high chair, shower tub and blankets. For coffee lovers we have: Nespresso machine with milk frother Keurig Coffee Machine 12 cup Brewer Coffee Machine Electric kettle for the famous Instant coffee like in Korean dramas! Fully stocked kitchen, enough for big group and cooking utensils, pots and pans. Toaster Waffle makers Instant Pot Korean Rice Cooker Mixer Mini Slow Cooker Blender Our home has solar and Tesla power walls so you will never have to experience an outage while on vacation 😎 Parking: 3 Cars can be parked in the front driveway and there is 2 more spaces in the backyard and it's gated. Walking distance to the Historic Downtown Glendora Village! There are so many restaurants, bars, coffee, icecream, candy shops and more! Guest access Guest access to the entire home, not sharing with anyone. Other things to note NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, quiet time starts 9pm to 8am. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO NEIGHBORS, IF TOO LOUD AND NOISY POLICE WILL BE CALLED AND YOUR STAY WILL BE CANCELED AND NO REFUND WILL BE MADE BY AIRBNB. Be mindful that is a safe and quiet neighborhood, IN AND OUT GUESTS are not allowed, undisclosed guests will be charged penalty $50 per guest. Guest count is for the one staying and not staying as well. Small Pets are allowed (up to 2) with extra fee of $100 flat fee per pet, if you have a more than 1 pet please let us know, if approved then we will send the extra fee for the second or third one. Non disclosed pets will be charged $300 penalty each. Not allowed to be in the sofa or beds. No smoking allowed inside home, outside in our yard is allowed. Penalty of $500 if Marijuana or any kind of smoking smell is left inside the house.
