The space The apartment in the villa boasts a cozy environment and very large and bright spaces, which you will rarely find. It is perfect for couples looking for comfort or for families, but also for visitors and exhibitors at the Fair or professionals on business trips. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to travel light and carefree, and there is certainly no shortage of amenities, including the essentials: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. The space is organized as follows: * A double bedroom with a balcony and a view of the city, a living room with 2 sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), a bathroom with a shower stall, and a kitchen with a separate dining area. You can also take advantage of: * free parking inside the property, * outdoor spaces equipped for moments of relaxation, * a hot tub in the garden (May 1st - September 30th) * barbecue, * electric car charging station (with surcharge) * green volleyball or badminton court Guest access CHECK-IN: from 3 pm Please let us know your arrival time the day before or at least 2 hours in advance. Upon request and subject to availability, check-in will be possible from 12:00 pm with a supplement of €10. CHECK OUT by 10 am Upon request and subject to availability, late check-out at 12:00 pm is possible for a surcharge of €10. DOCUMENTS: To access the property, each guest must present a valid government-issued ID (valid ID for expatriates for residents abroad) and sign the privacy documents. Without a valid government-issued ID, it will not be possible to check in. Other things to note The ACCOMMODATION TAX has an amount of €5.80 per person per night (max. 5 nights) and is calculated according to the rates set by the Municipality of Bologna. The tax must be paid by every person over the age of 14. It can be charged to the card through Airbnb, or in cash upon arrival at the property. GOOD MORNING: For breakfast, you will find the following in the apartment: rusks or pan bauletto bread, jam, honey, homemade cake or muffins, water, coffee pods and tea or herbal teas. PETS We accept pets up to 10 kg and with a surcharge of €20 per stay (surcharge to be paid at the property if not included in the reservation). OUTDOOR HOT TUB Hours: 10.00 - 20.00 The Jacuzzi bathtub has a depth of 80cm; children under 1.40 m cannot access it without direct surveillance of a parent or adult part of their own core. To ensure use for all guests, access will be possible on time slots that can be booked at the property. Kind guests are asked not to use sunscreen or other products that can alter the quality of the water in the bathtub. Costume is mandatory for all users, regardless of age.
