Perfect for those seeking relaxation after a day exploring both cities, and ideal for families: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, indoor jacuzzi and a spacious garden with barbecue and dining area. Nearby you'll find wineries, traditional trattorias and hiking trails. The space The villa is a duplex located within a fully private, video-monitored residential neighborhood, with private roads and services. One side is entirely reserved for guests, while the owners live on the other. The two units are completely independent, with separate entrances and living spaces. The only shared feature is the garden gate, used by both households. The property is very spacious and bright, spread over two floors: Ground floor: - Entrance hall - Spacious, elegant living room (70 sqm) - Eat-in kitchen with kitchenette, fully equipped - Large bathroom with bathtub First floor: - 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom, one twin/double room and one room with 2 single beds plus a single and a half bed - 2 large bathrooms: one with a shower and a bathtub, the other with a double Jacuzzi tub Outside, guests have access to a large private garden area with tall trees, a barbecue and a dining space, perfect for outdoor meals. Thanks to these spaces, guests can move freely and comfortably both indoors and outdoors, enjoying all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Since the entrance gate is shared, you may occasionally see the owners' cars or family members passing through, though the privacy of the guests' garden area is always maintained. Guest access Check-in is done in person: you will be welcomed directly by the owner upon arrival, who will show you around the space and provide all the useful information for your stay. Check-in time is flexible, within the time frame of 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance, so we can be ready to welcome you. Other things to note If you have a pet and would like to bring it along, it's very welcome! Please note that a very calm male dog lives in our part of the house, always kept separate from guests by a dedicated fence dividing the two main areas of the garden, so there won't be any direct contact. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. A friendly tip: since the entrance gate is shared, we kindly ask you to keep your furry friend on a leash (or otherwise under control) when near the gate, to prevent it from escaping. Aside from that, they're free to enjoy the garden with you in complete peace! Since this is a villa surrounded by countryside, you might occasionally spot a few small "neighbors" typical of the area, like mosquitoes or small moths: they're part of the charm of country living!
