The entire front of the house opens onto the front deck, allowing for a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors. The space is equipped with a fireplace and heat pump for year-round comfort, as well as a TV. *Bedrooms & Bathroom 🛌 There are three bedrooms. All with comfortable queen size beds and soft linen. Two feature large sliding doors that open directly onto the back deck, offering immediate views of the trees and birdlife. All bedrooms have windows that open to let the fresh air and nature sounds in. * Stargazing Nook: A unique space with books and river views, featuring a window directly overhead for watching the night sky. Definitely an experience you don't want to miss. * Bathroom: Includes a bathtub and large indoor shower both with bush and river views. Direct deck access allows you to step straight into the shower from the outside after visiting the beach. *Kitchen & Utilities The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Along with all kitchen essentials you may need. *A washing machine is available for guests downstairs. *Outdoors River Banksia features three decks for outdoor living, an outdoor shower, and off-street parking. The property feels private and calm, with friendly and quiet neighbors on the same street. River Banksia is a LGBTQI friendly and welcoming to all. Located close to beaches(4 minute drive), river, resevre and bush walks, local dining and plenty more. Close to the Bay of Fires , Bicheno, St Helens and Coles Bay. RIVER BANKSIA is well-suited for-- Couples♥️, families👪 and groups alike🌿. 🔥🔥 Short and longerterm stays welcome. 🔥🔥 Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for the downstairs garage area, which is used for storage. Other things to note 🌿 PLEASE NOTE: River Banksia is still gently evolving. Some small finishing touches, styling and gardening are still to come. This is simply for transparency — none of this will affect your stay. A neighbouring rooster can occasionally be heard in the early morning. This is also mentioned upfront for transparency, so you can decide whether the space is the right fit for you — he loves a good sunrise There is currently no extra guest fee for up to 6 people. For longer stays that require additional linen changes, a linen change fee may apply for larger groups to help cover extra cleaning costs.
