Entire home that has been recently renovated. TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course is next door. Ponte Vedra Inn and Club is very close. This is an exclusive gated community with close access to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants within walking distance. There is parking for 2 guest cars right in front of the home. You receive a guest pass at the gate for your dashboard. The pool is right behind the home for easy access and the beach is 15 minutes by bike. (Wheelchair access friendly) Very quiet and private space with views of the water and trees in the backyard through the sun room. You will have private and all inclusive access to the newly renovated kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room, and back deck. Of course each bedroom has a private bathroom and a closet. The washer and dryer for your laundry is in the hallway between the bedrooms for all guests to access. I will not always be on site during your stay but am always available by phone. There isn't much public transport, so uber is good to have downloaded to your phone. If you have a car or two, there is plenty of parking right in front of our condo. You'll have a parking pass for your dashboard during your stay that will get you in and out of the gate.
