The space is designed to combine the comfort of a home with the care and selected services of a boutique accommodation. The layout includes a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a high-quality anatomic mattress, while in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. The living room is bright and is a key element of Urania's design identity. The special geometric wall covering, the modern lighting, and the carefully selected furniture create a space with character, without sacrificing functionality. It features a large Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, a comfortable armchair, a coffee table, and a practical work area. Another strong feature of Urania is the view. From the apartment and its outdoor area, you can enjoy views of the Aegean Sea, the port, and the settlement of Evdilos, both during the day and when the port is lit up at night. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use and offers the independence needed for a comfortable stay. It has a refrigerator, cooking hobs, oven, coffee maker and the basic appliances and utensils for preparing breakfast or lunch. The built-in dining area is practical without limiting the apartment's sense of spaciousness. The bathroom has a shower cabin, hot water 24/7, a hairdryer, and selected toiletries. Upon your arrival, you will find a welcome with selected local products from Ikaria. It's a small gesture of hospitality and a first way to get to know some of the island's flavors. Depending on the length of the reservation, cleaning and a change of linens are provided every 2–3 days at no extra charge. Our goal is to maintain the independence and privacy of an apartment while offering the care that makes a longer stay more comfortable. Urania is for couples, friends, or families who want a truly functional space for up to four people, but who also value design, quality sleep, views, and personal hospitality. Guest access Urania is located on the 1st floor of the building and is accessed via an internal staircase. At the main entrance, there is a personal key box with the name of the apartment. The password is sent a few hours before the scheduled arrival, so that self check-in can be done easily and without a specific time limit. The staircase is straight and without complicated sections, but there is no elevator. There is no private parking place. Free public parking is available on the streets around the accommodation, and it is usually easy to find a space. In mid-August, due to increased traffic on the island, it may take a little longer to park. Other things to note Urania, like all areas of WELL BEING LUXURY APARTMENTS, is strictly non-smoking in all indoor areas. Pets are welcome, as WELL BEING is pet-friendly and hosting animals is part of our philosophy. Upon your arrival, you will find a small welcome with selected local products from Ikaria, so that your first acquaintance with the island begins through its flavors. The tap water is drinkable, and bottled water is also provided upon arrival. For longer stays, cleaning and linen changes are provided every 2–3 days, depending on the length of the reservation.
