Other things to note 🧺 Laundry There is no in-unit laundry, but several nearby laundromats offer self-service and wash-and-fold options. The Rinse app offers local pickup and drop off. ⚙️ Maintenance Note The mechanical room is located within the suite. I may need to access it briefly every three months to replace the air filter — guests will receive at least 48 hours’ notice before entry. 🤝 Host Notes I live upstairs and value a peaceful environment. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, and I’ll gladly do the same. The unit isn’t completely soundproof, so you may occasionally hear footsteps, though I do my best to minimize noise and travel often for work.
