Beautiful Villa - 15min from Tepoztlán

Magnificent villa 15 minutes from Tepoztlán, in the town of Oacalco. It has two very good-sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bath, an equipped outdoor kitchen, a large terrace with a dining room and a fire pit area, as well as a huge garden with a heated pool. It is a beautiful place where you can breathe peace and tranquility, you will find in this property a paradise where you can rest and spend extraordinary days accompanied by your family or friends. Pets are welcome. The space It is a fairly large property and we are offering two very good sized bedrooms with independent access. The first room has two queen size beds, as well as a small work area. The second bedroom has two double beds and a small living room. We have a full bathroom that serves both bedrooms and another full bathroom, however this one is located outside. The kitchen is located outdoors, it has an oven, stove, microwave oven and refrigerator, as well as a grill where you can enjoy a good barbecue, if you wish. The common space is very large and has a dining room for 8 people and a fire pit area. The garden is huge and beautiful, the pool is heated (extra cost if you request that the boiler be turned on). We have a terrace, which is next to the pool, where you can spend a very pleasant moment. We also have bathrooms which serve the pool area. Pets are welcome (with an extra fee and respecting the regulations). The parking lot is very large and is located inside the property. We would love to welcome you!!! We are located in Oacalco, 5 minutes from Yautepec and 15 minutes from Tepoztlán. Very quiet and safe place. Ideal for those people who want to stay in a nice place, surrounded by lots of vegetation and just minutes from Tepoztlán and the new Six Flags water park. Water heater, early checkin, and late checkout are non refundable. Guest access Upon arrival, guests will receive a key to the entrance door and an automatic control that allows them to open and close the parking lot doors, where they can safely park their car. Other things to note Please ask for any type of service you require and we will gladly quote it. We can offer you breakfast if you wish, drinks during your stay, transfers to the city of Cuernavaca or Tepoztlán, we can even quote round-trip transportation from Mexico City.
