The space DuckDuck Apartment is a cosy studio designed for a comfortable stay in Brno. The studio features a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and capsule coffee machine. A few basic ingredients for simple cooking are also provided. The living area offers a comfortable sofa bed for two, a workspace, fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix. The modern bathroom includes a shower, towels, a hairdryer and basic toiletries. The studio is ideal for solo travellers, couples and business stays. Thanks to the 24/7 reception, you can check in conveniently at any time after 4:00 PM, day or night. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire studio and all its amenities. Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. The building has an elevator for easy access to the apartment. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy café and bakery filled with fresh treats—there’s no shortage of delicious pastries and small delights. Guests are also welcome to use the small fitness area, the stylish lounge room for meetings or focused work, as well as the outdoor grill. If you’re interested, availability information and reservations are handled at the reception. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate and help keep the spaces clean and tidy. Parking: Underground garage spaces (2m high) can be reserved (limited availability, ask first before booking). Alternatively, you can park on nearby streets in Zone C – free on weekends, and paid on weekdays from 5 PM to 6 AM (approx. 30 CZK/hour). The apartment is completely private and not shared with other guests. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM, out of respect for other residents in the building. Please note that cleaning services are not provided during the stay.
