Ground floor apartment in villa immersed in an olive grove with pool, a few minutes drive to the sea. We are in Cardedu, Ogliastra, east coast of Sardinia. The space The villa is divided into three apartments. Thisapartment has a large living area that opens onto a dining room with fireplace, where there is a double sofa bed with a square and a half. The kitchen, equipped, is separated by a doorless opening. There are two bedrooms (one with double bed, 1 double with single bed +armchair bed), a bathroom with shower. It is the apartment with the largest veranda, furnished with sitting room, swing and table for outdoor dining. In the house, iron and ironing board, washing machine and clothesline. We provide sheets and towels (weekly change included in price) Guest access The house is surrounded by a large garden with olive grove, where you can relax in the sun or dine under the starry sky. In the common areas you will find, in addition to the swimming pool, also a masonry barbecue and a solar shower. We only accept small pets, it is important to respect the common areas.
