Ground floor apartment in a villa surrounded by an olive grove with a swimming pool, a few minutes' drive from the sea. We are in Cardedu, Ogliastra, on the east coast of Sardinia. The space The villa is divided into three apartments. This apartment has a large living area that opens onto a dining room with a fireplace, where there is a sofa bed with a single bed and a half. The equipped kitchen is separated by an opening without a door. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one double with a single bed + armchair bed), and a bathroom with a shower. It is the apartment with the largest veranda, furnished with a living room, rocking chair and table for outdoor dining. In the house you will find a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine and drying rack. Air conditioning in the living room, mosquito nets and double glazing on the windows. We provide sheets and towels (weekly change included in the price) Guest access The house is surrounded by a large garden with an olive grove, where you can relax in the sun or dine under the starry sky. In the common areas you will find, in addition to the pool, a masonry barbecue and a solar shower. We only accept small pets, it is important to respect the common areas.
