Room with private bathroom and double bed. Shared kitchen with the owner. Monthly Alugo only for those who have a fixed job and work OUTSIDE the HOME during business hours, only one person per room. Other things to note Each guest must use the kitchen, consume what they have bought, respecting what belongs to others, and wash everything that gets dirty, respecting shared use. Bringing household equipment is prohibited. No dirty dishes inside the room. Checks will be made daily to ensure that all household utensils are in the kitchen. Removing garbage and buying hygiene and cleaning products is the guest's responsibility. Please leave the place clean and organized, as I do not charge a cleaning fee. There is no parking, only a space on the street. Remember that it is a family environment, here we value silence, respect, and shared use.
