Our lovingly furnished apartment is nestled between Rosengarten and Latemar, two of the most impressive mountains in South Tyrol. The apartment offers everything your heart desires: a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with sofa bed, a cozy bedroom with double bed and a modern bathroom with shower toilet. From the balcony you look directly at the mountains – and with a little luck the red wall lights up in the evening in a magical, fiery red light. Wi-Fi, garage, parking, washer-dryer and many small extras – from extra blankets and pillows to the optional bread service from the baker – ensure maximum comfort. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are ready for you to make you feel right at home. Pets are of course welcome. Location & surroundings The apartment is quietly located in the countryside and yet central enough to reach everything on foot or by public transport: - Lake Carezza: 1 km away (15 min. walk) - Ski slopes & chairlifts: 1 km - Hiking trails, lakes, streams, golf club, riding stable, playgrounds & sports facilities in the immediate vicinity - Bus stop: 200 m - 2 restaurants 150 m away, others nearby - Pizzeria right in the building - Shopping: 300 m away Whether a romantic weekend for two, a family vacation or relaxed days with friends – with us you will find security, nature and a lot of heart. Guest access You can enjoy the whole apartment with balcony all to yourself. The garden, parking spaces and garage are shared – but don't worry: two parking spaces in the garage are reserved for you. Please just be respectful of everything so that everyone feels comfortable. Other things to note In Italy, it is required by law that hosts provide the identity data of all guests to the local police within 24 hours of arrival – I will simply ask you for the necessary information before or upon your arrival.
