The space Toscana Loft: It is an open space. Upon entering, you will find a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. View of the main room and two stairs, one for a loft and one for the terrace. The Loft has Alexa to adjust the atmosphere, almost all of its lights are smart. The room has a double sofa bed. The dining room has an indoor hammock. The kitchen is fully equipped; fridge, microwave, stove, pans, blender, 3 different types of coffee makers, glasses, plates, cutlery set, among others. The bathroom has hot water and a lock. In the slightly more private loft, there is a double bed, and an excellent view of the city. The master bedroom has 2 modern and comfortable armchairs, a full-length mirror, a double bed, a work area and a closet. Upstairs you'll find a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and the terrace with a comfortable hammock, a garden set with a table, chairs and umbrella, the laundry room and an area to hang clothes. You will also find accessories that make your stay easier, such as a 40" rotating screen that you can enjoy from the living and dining room or from the bedroom, with Netflix, YouTube and Roku system, to stream your favorite programs, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, rich pillows of two types, soft and semi-hard, as well as black out curtains, plus another shared terrace area, with a nice spot, to take nice photos. Everything designed for your comfort and rest! Guest access Loft Tosscana is an independent, entire and private space. Before reaching the front door, you pass through the entrance of other apartments, you reach a common outdoor area, and you will immediately find the Loft Tosscana, independent for your comfortable stay. None of its walls are adjacent to another house or apartment. Below the Loft is another home. Other things to note The Loft is located in a private area. It is not recommended for older adults or children, as it has stairs both for the entrance and interiors. The interior stairs are modern stairs for small spaces. Care must be taken when going up and down, for some people they could be uncomfortable or dangerous. Both for the arrival and inside there are several slopes with steps, which could be a problem for older adults. There is NO parking, (since cars cannot enter the private area) you can leave the car on the main street, it is a very QUIET AND SAFE AREA (but we cannot be held responsible in case of any mishap).
